This event is a free family festival dedicated to Riverwalk’s ongoing efforts to bring attention to our area highlighting it as the best place to LIVE, WORK and PLAY!  The Taco Battle & Craft Beer Fest will bring together local restaurants and craft breweries for a challenge that will showcase the best taco culinary skills and brew masters of our area. On this day, the BEST OF THE BEST in the following categories will be selected:  Best  Tabanero-Inspired Taco, Best All Around Taco, Best Brew, Best Booth and Fan Favorites!

The goal of this event is to bring together residents, visitors and local businesses for a festive afternoon of tacos, brew and family activities to raise awareness of our community and all the great things it has to offer.  The mission of Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale is “to build and nurture a vibrant community connected by the New River.”  Fort Lauderdale’s Taco Battle & Craft Beer Fest is focused on fostering community relations andbringing notoriety to our area, specifically by raising awareness of local businesses, while supporting Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale.  Proceeds from this event will benefit Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale and to support the activities of Pets Broward,our Non-Profit partners.
